When i was doing my rolls months ago, i watched this vid, right afte I made a 1 month goofy vid, and then i went and watched all my vid and analysed my rolls, I was like "son of a bitch, i suck." but now everytime i roll i make sure i do it this way, the way i used to roll i noticed i always had to fight to get my balance before i ran again. Demon has a lot of rep and i respect him, so i'll follow his every move, Keep on rocking us!

grassy fields are for landing and rolling, also good for practicing wall movement like wall flip. If you want to do cat leap, GO AND FIND A WALL

Well what kind of stuff can I do on grassy fields I mean? Most videos I see uses some kind of urban setting. Can't really do a cat leap on just plain grass.

Why do you need buildings to practice this drill? Just go find a grassy field.

What if you have no way of finding buildings like this in a walking distance? I don't live in the urban area and probably most people who want to do parkour don't either. So what do I do?

not sure if you'll see this or if you've worked it out already. but you want to have a tiny bit of pop when your feet hit the ground. so that you have a bit of vertical displacement. cause you want to land on the meaty part of shoulder, around the blade. and make your way to the hip on the opposite side. if you're doing that already, then just practice it. cause your body will grow muscle there the more exposure it gets. just takes time
