@DRpackOpunch just because u can roll doesn’t mean that you can suddenly jump off roofs, like anything else u have to “gradually” work on it (emphasis on gradually) because otherwise u end up getting those effects…practice and starting with low drops help ur back develop and become used to doing this movement
