Not parkour
This isn’t parkour, its freerunning. Parkour has nothing to do with flips and tricks its all in speed and agility, you are trying to get where you are going fast when you are Parkouring, when you are freerunning.. you are doing this.

@FlyingDonutz The term free running (now freerunning) was coined during the filming of Jump London, as a way to present parkour to the English-speaking world.
